Reinventing management

Author and management thinker Gary Hamel (who will be a general session speaker at the Annual Meeting in Toronto) has some really interesting things to say about management, what's wrong with it, and why it needs to evolve now (and not at a snail's pace) in the video below, a clip from a presentation he gave at the World Innovation Forum.
